- 1 / 5By RUBEN LANDEROSThis business needs major employee attitude adjustment. The place closes at 11pm; most of the time we call after 10pm no one answers the phone. After that has happens numerous times, I drive over and they tell me there is a problem with their phone; this is a total lie, this has been going on for the the past couple of years; I am pretty sure they would have fixed their phone problem by now. It is not the phone, it is the personnel. I just called about 15min ago and no answer. I am not going to waste my time with this and go to Waffle House across the street, they do not have that problem there.
